0800 100 100 - Real People - all you need to do is listen to a 20 second add but it is a freephone number. A few teething problems to start with, but if they don't have the number - no message to listen to

0800 1183733 - Automatic - more reliable, but with this one you need to listen to the add right at the start.

Alternatively, if you are online, try www.118.com or www.192.com

Now there really is no need to pay 50p per minute just to get a phone number!!
