You have heard about Ebay, but have you heard about Gumtree!!

Gumtree is superb - it's a local website that allows you to buy or sell anything and everything locally. You can also post your goods FREE of charge.

I was selling 2 bedside cabinets and decided to put them on Gumtree at about 6.30pm in the evening. After the add was posted, I went to check the measurements returning a couple of minutes later to a missed call on my phone. This was someone looking to purchase the furniture.
He collected the furniture the following day - a swift transaction.

I have used gumtree on a number of ocassions and everytime - A Sale!!

You can buy everything on Gumtree from Furniture, to CDs to TVs, and even Pets!

Freecycling - Get the bug!

The website that allows you to get what you need free of charge!!

I'm just back from Budapest - hence the reason for no posts over the last week! Budapest was superb - the country is developing really fast with lots of excellent bars and restaurants. It's really really cheap too - £2.50 for tea and a cake.

Anyway, I have found a new website that allows you to search for things that people are giving away "free to a good home!"

Visit www.freecycle.org and put in your town or city. This then tales you through to a message board where people post details of things they no longer need.

You will need to register and don't forget to complete your profile, so that you don't get loads of emails. Also you can select "batch" and this ensures that you only get 1 summary email.

FREE THINGS 3 TIMES A WEEK

The best way to save money is to ensure that you get the best deals available. I was having a think about this and have been doing some research on FREE THINGS! The ultimate money saver.

Just imagine if you could get free samples of aftershave, perfume, toothpaste, shampoo etc etc how much money you could save yourself.

After looking into this it seems that companies are tripping over themselves to get you to try their brands with the aim of trapping you as a loyal customer. This is great news for you as you now no longer need to buy any "travel toiletries" ever again.
